Community Service

Teaching our students to give back is an important part of HCA. In the same way that our Lord came to serve, we strive to go out and serve those in our community. We want to teach our students to show the love of Christ to others because He first loved us. To graduate at HCA we require our students to complete at least 100 hours of community service, to graduate in the honors program at least 200 hours of community service are required.

Serve-A-Thon

Each year HCA students, faculty, staff, and parents go out into the community and complete service projects in our annual Serve-A-Thon. Through Serve-A-Thon HCA has had the pleasure of raking, painting, washing, fixing, organizing, and cleaning for many different organizations and companies throughout the community.

Fundraisers

HCA participates in many different drives and fund raising efforts for charitable causes. Some of the drives and fund raisers that we have been a part of include The Lymphoma Society, American Heart Association, and Samaritan's Purse.
